Boxville

Boxville is an adventure puzzle game. The game features hand-drawn 2D graphics themed around cans living in a dump, where buildings are made from cardboard boxes and recycled items, along with familiar point-and-click gameplay.

Description

A sudden earthquake hits Boxville, causing a great deal of commotion among the residents. Blue Kang has lost his dog and sets out to find it. You control a young man who can touch locations on the screen, interact with objects, and communicate with other characters. Some locations or events will contain items that Blue can pick up and carry. The inventory box, while small, is spacious. To use an item, simply drag it from the interface element at the top of the screen to the desired location.

1. The gameplay is extremely simple, without any highlights or unexpected details;
2. The "Tin Can Society" in Boxville doesn't speak; the characters communicate with each other using drawings on cardboard;
3. the puzzle rules aren't the same, but they are sometimes borrowed from other games;
4. there are indirect clues based on the properties of objects in the game or even physical characteristics.
