The Past Within

The Past Within is a team game for two. You will need to talk to another person or chat in order to develop the plot. The players are in different timelines.

Description

First you have to choose a time between “Past” and “Future”. One goes to the past, the other to the future. It is necessary to agree with a friend so as not to choose the same thing. Next there will be a series of questions that need to be answered together. For example: “Choose a Butterfly or a Bee.”

The man from the past plays for Rose. She receives a letter from her father saying that he has created a device that allows her to communicate with a person from the future. To go further in the level, you need to get a hint from a player from the future. In the game you have to solve puzzles and help each other solve them. In order not to spoil the impression, the developers recommend not to peek at your friend’s screen.

Peculiarities

1. Cooperative solving of puzzles, tasks and finding the right answers to questions asked.
2. You can play on different platforms. For example, one is on PC and the other is on Android.

4. Works without the Internet.

The game has 2 chapters that can be completed in 2 hours. The developers recommend replaying the story on the other side to get a complete picture of events.
