Creating the perfect city involves much more than just randomly placing buildings. Real cities are created differently. Happiness is the key to a great city. Maintain high happiness in your city to increase the number of residents, jobs, and, most importantly, your income. Each building has its own value, determined by its surroundings, the district in which it is located, and the level of city services it receives. Experiment with different layouts to find the most optimal urban design.

1. Houses are built to accommodate the city's population;
2. Residential buildings are grouped into districts surrounded by parks;
3. Industrial facilities, which generate more income, are recommended to be built away from residential areas;
4. Commercial income is lower than industrial, but it provides a higher return;
5. Public employment contributes to the increase of general employment for commercial purposes.
