Sonic Dash 2: Sonic Boom Run

Sonic Dash 2: Sonic Boom Run is a continuation of the adventure platformer about the legendary blue hedgehog Sonic, owner of the fastest legs in the world. In this platformer, gamers will have to go through several dozen levels with different stylizations, collecting gold rings and overcoming various obstacles. In the second part, in addition to Sonic, players can play for his friends, who have different abilities.

Plot

The second part continues the story of the confrontation between the blue hedgehog and his friends and the evil Dr. Eggman, who plans to destroy Sonic’s world and turn all his friends into his own slaves. But Sonic is not going to wait for disaster. He sets off on a journey through dozens of locations to teach Eggman a lesson and stop him from realizing his evil plans.

Game process

The gameplay is presented in the format of an adventure platformer with elements of an arcade runner. Most of the mechanics have been carried over from the first part, but now the adventure of Sonic and his friends will take place not across two biomes, but across four.

As before, the player needs to use the dexterity of his fingers to overcome obstacles, collect rings and crush opponents. In the new part, it became possible to play for other heroes. They can be changed directly while passing levels. The heroes are distinguished by their visual appearance and set of skills, with the help of which they can effectively overcome the obstacles encountered.
