Papers, Please is a cool immigration inspector simulator released on Android. The game offers a dark atmosphere of a totalitarian state.

Game plot

In 1982, the action takes place in the virtual country of Arstotzka. As a border passport inspector, your job is to check the documents of arriving people and identify violators of the rules. However, in addition to fulfilling formal obligations, you are faced with a moral dilemma: to follow the rules or help others at the cost of potential danger to your family. The storyline develops non-linearly, and different outcomes are determined by the player's choice.
